Experience (XP)

SpellCasters level up by gaining experience. They can only move up the ladder if they are at least the level of the row they are trying to move to. For example, a level 1 spellcaster cannot move up to the 2nd row of tiles until they reach level 2. SpellCaster’s gain experience by burning resources (by moving, crafting, spellcasting, or burning resources directly for XP).
